Once a service is booked or a treatment plan is initiated, the clinic reserves the right to allocate resources and schedule accordingly. Therefore, refunds are not applicable for services already availed or partially used.

However, we understand that certain situations may require flexibility. In case of appointment cancellations or rescheduling, patients are requested to inform us within a reasonable time frame.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

* Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with prior notice (preferably 24 hours in advance)
* Failure to inform in advance may result in cancellation charges or loss of booking amount
* Late arrivals may lead to reduced treatment time or rescheduling based on availability

Refund Policy:

* No refunds will be provided for services already taken or in progress
* Advance payments for packages or sessions are non-refundable but may be adjusted for other services (subject to approval)
* Refunds are not applicable in case of change of mind after booking
* No refund will be given for dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations, as results vary from person to person

Aesthetic and dermatological treatments depend on multiple factors such as skin type, medical condition, lifestyle, and body response. While we use advanced technology and follow best practices, outcomes cannot be guaranteed and may differ for each individual.

Exceptional Cases:

In rare situations where a treatment cannot be performed due to medical reasons identified by our professionals, the clinic may offer:

* Adjustment of the amount toward an alternative treatment
* Credit note for future use within a specified period

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original mode of payment.

Package Policy:

* All prepaid packages must be utilized within the validity period specified at the time of purchase
* Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others
* Unused sessions after expiry will not be eligible for refund
